A fitness boot camp is a type of group physical training program conducted by  personal trainers. These programs are designed to build strength and fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over a 1 hour period of time.

Our sessions are for everyone where we look to improve tone, fitness, endurance, strength and achieve weight loss goals. That’s the fitness side of our boot camps, however we pride ourselves on being different.

Our main goal is to deliver sessions where people can socialise with each other, meet new people, work with each other to smash personal goals and more importantly to have a place where you can have some down time.

We aim to do this through individual, paired and team exercises.
